It typically has a lesser impact resistance than polycarbonate but a better impact resistance than acrylic. In light of this, it presents a reasonable alternative for items like internal impact-resistant windows and doors, safety countertop systems, and cases for securing priceless goods in retail environments. It is additionally offered in a variety of thicknesses.
